Workshop – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Are you stressed and need help finding relief? Join BIAYR and host Jaisa Sulit – BPHE, BEd, MscOT for our mindfulness based stress reduction workshop. Jaisa, is a neuro-rehab occupational therapist and lecturer at the University of Toronto. Jaisa, a therapist turned patient, completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program which enriched her recovery & continues to help her cope with life with a disability.
